Entrances

The main entrance to the Comcast Arena at Everett is located on the northwest corner of the Comcast Arena at Everett on Hewitt Avenue and Oakes Avenue. The secondary entrance is located on the south side of the venue on Wall Street. Premium seat holders have access to the private suite entrance located on the southwest corner of the venue on Wall Street and Oakes Avenue. All guests must enter the venue for an event through one of these entrances. The entrance located on the north side of the venue at Hewitt Avenue and Lombard Avenue is used primarily as the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center entrance.

 

Exits

Including the three entrances mentioned above, there are a total of nine general exit points from the facility at the conclusion of an event. All exits are accessible from the main concourse level. The number of available exits for an event will depend on the number of attendees.

 

Restrooms

Several restrooms are located throughout the entire building. There are a total of 11 restrooms distributed throughout the main concourse level and six bathrooms throughout the suite level. All restrooms meet or surpass ADA specifications. The Comcast Arena at Everett also has family restrooms located throughout the building to help facilitate the needs of families with infants and small children.

 

Guest Services

The Guest Services Center, offering assistance and information for all guests, is located on the main concourse level. Event staff members have been specially trained to assist all types of guest inquiries, security issues, ticket issues, problems, lost children, and lost-and-found articles. In addition, the Guest Services Center can provide patrons with disability assistance, by providing wheelchairs and hearing assistance devices. For your convenience, the Guest Services Center is open during all events.

 

Guests with Disabilities Information

The Comcast Arena at Everett recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. The Comcast Arena at Everett exceeds city, state, and federal accessibility regulations to provide easy access for our guests. The arena has many features that are specifically designed to accommodate guests with varying needs. All entrances to the concourse level are wheelchair accessible, wheelchair seating is available throughout the inner bowl, and designated disabled parking is conveniently located near the main entrance. In addition, as part of our service, the Comcast Arena at Everett is equipped with a state-of-the-art wireless listening device system for the hearing impaired. We also have several wheelchairs on hand to accommodate mobility throughout the facility for guests in need. For wheelchairs and listening assistance headphones, please see the Guest Services Center located on the concourse level. Guests with disabilities may wish to contact the Comcast Arena at Everett in advance of their visit so that we can better accommodate and serve individual needs. Merchandise Stands

Merchandise for the Everett Silvertips will be available at the Team Store and is located on the northwest corner of the Comcast Arena at Everett on Hewitt Avenue and Oakes Avenue. Additionally, Everett Silvertips merchandise can be found at various locations around the venue. For all other events, merchandise will be available at designated locations around the venue as well.

 

First Aid

For medical needs and emergencies guests at the Comcast Arena at Everett should go to the first aid center located in Section 116 on the main concourse level. For more serious injury, the Comcast Arena at Everett has a second first aid center that is accessible when needed on the event level.

 

Security

For security emergencies, patrons should either contact the nearest usher, or go to the Guest Services Center located at the main entrance.

 

Concession Stands

All catering and concessions is done in-house through Centerplate Catering. There are permanent and portable food and concessions areas throughout the main concourse level available to arena patrons. The Comcast Arena at Everett hosts a number of local, regional and national branded concession items.

 

The Ice Box Lounge

The Ice Box Lounge, located on the east end of main concourse level, is our in-house bar open to all guests. The Ice Box provides a unique view to both the main arena and the Community Ice Rink. The Ice Box is a perfect place to meet friends, socialize, and to get a drink.

 

The Arena Grill

The Arena Grill is a full-serve sit down restaurant on the Suite Level, accessible to Club Seat and Suiteholders. Reservations can be made by calling 425.322.2726.

 

Party Areas

The Comcast Arena at Everett has multiple party areas that can accommodate large groups of people. Party Areas are the answer. Located within various sections of the first and second levels, we turn your section into the envy of every other. With a full, private buffet located directly behind your seating area, you can eat and drink throughout the event while sitting a little closer to the action. Accessibility Information

Tickets for guests with disabilities may be purchased by phone from the Comcast Arena at Everett Box Office at 866.332.8499. Tickets may also be purchased in person from the Box Office. Wheelchair accessible seating along with companion seating is available on all levels. Additional companion seats can be purchased based on availability. Aisle seats are available to guests with limited mobility. Please identify your need for accessible seating at the time of ticket purchase.

Parking and Drop-Off Areas

Main entrances for the Comcast Arena at Everett are located on Hewitt Avenue and Wall Street. ADA parking is available on Oakes Avenue and in the Snohomish County Parking Garage. Convenient drop-off and pick-up areas for guests, taxis and limousines are located along Hewitt Avenue and Oakes Street.

 

Guest Services

Guest Services is located at the main entrance. Guest Services staff will assist with wheelchair escorts.

 

American Sign Language Interpreters

Interpretive services can be arranged for patrons with two weeks notice. Call the Box Office at####.

 

Personal Amplified Listeners

Personal Amplified Listener units are available free of charge with a photo ID at the Guest Services Desk at the Main Entrance. Subject to availability and distributed on a first come, first served basis.

 

Restrooms

All restrooms in the Northland Ice Complex & Arena are accessible to our guests with disabilities. There are four women’s restrooms and four men’s restrooms located throughout the arena.

 

Service Animals

 Trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Comcast Arena at Everett. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

 

In Case of an Emergency

Guests in wheelchairs on the 200 level will exit through the Suite Entrance located on the southwest end of the arena. Trained employees will assist with the evacuation of disabled persons in the event of an emergency.

The rink is home to Cincinnati AHL, Cincinnati Amateur Hockey Association  the Queen City Figure Skating Club, Northland Figure skating Academy, UC Hockey Club and practice ice for the Cincinnati Cyclones!
