Accessibility Information

Tickets for guests with disabilities may be purchased by phone from the Comcast Arena at Everett Box Office at 866.332.8499. Tickets may also be purchased in person from the Box Office. Wheelchair accessible seating along with companion seating is available on all levels. Additional companion seats can be purchased based on availability. Aisle seats are available to guests with limited mobility. Please identify your need for accessible seating at the time of ticket purchase.

Parking and Drop-Off Areas

Main entrances for the Comcast Arena at Everett are located on Hewitt Avenue and Wall Street. ADA parking is available on Oakes Avenue and in the Snohomish County Parking Garage. Convenient drop-off and pick-up areas for guests, taxis and limousines are located along Hewitt Avenue and Oakes Street.

 

Guest Services

Guest Services is located at the main entrance. Guest Services staff will assist with wheelchair escorts.

 

American Sign Language Interpreters

Interpretive services can be arranged for patrons with two weeks notice. Call the Box Office at####.

 

Personal Amplified Listeners

Personal Amplified Listener units are available free of charge with a photo ID at the Guest Services Desk at the Main Entrance. Subject to availability and distributed on a first come, first served basis.

 

Restrooms

All restrooms in the Northland Ice Complex & Arena are accessible to our guests with disabilities. There are four women’s restrooms and four men’s restrooms located throughout the arena.

 

Service Animals

 Trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Comcast Arena at Everett. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

 

In Case of an Emergency

Guests in wheelchairs on the 200 level will exit through the Suite Entrance located on the southwest end of the arena. Trained employees will assist with the evacuation of disabled persons in the event of an emergency.
