Public Skating & Open Hockey is now on the Regular Fall / Winter / Spring Schedule
Do you want to take your skating to the next level?
Group Lessons are the perfect way to learn how to skate in a comfortable group setting. You will be put in a group of skaters that are not only your own age but of your own ability. These lessons are taught by one of our expert skating instructors and follow the program developed by the US Figure Skating Association. Learn how to skate or improve your skating abilities. Great for any individuals wanting to start playing hockey or practice figure skating!
Lessons are held on Saturdays at 1:00 PM. The cost is $70.00 for six, 30 minute lessons. This price includes skate rental.
An annual registration fee of $5.00 is required for membership with the US Figure Skating Association.
Lessons are the best way to get ready for Hockey and Figure Skating and are recommended by Cincinnati Amateur Hockey Association and the Queen City Figure Skating Club.

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Check (Payable to Northland Ice Center) or any Major Credit Card
Winter: 3 to 6 pm Monday through Friday during Winter and Fall
Summer: 8AM to 2 PM or during QCFSC ice or during Public Sessions
Cost is $20 to $40 per half hour lesson (payable to the pro); 50 minutes of ice time fees are paid to Northland Ice Rink (10 minutes to warm up and 10 minutes to practice on your own)

Private Lessons are for those skaters who want to become the best they can. If you are a skater who has goals of competing or becoming a show skater or playing hockey at the highest level then you should check out our private lessons.
Northland Skating Academy has the best staff in the region. Our skating pros are members of the QCFSC and USFSA and have taken skaters to every level of skating.
